Peggy Depalma, Creative Director and founder of Sanctuary Solutions has extensive personal experience in interior decorating, home redesign and home staging. Her passion and talents from the many decades has grown and flourished into operating her own decorating firm. Peggy has also trained in the Staging Diva™ program, created by Debra Gould of Six Elements Inc., who has been featured in CNN Money, The Wall Street Journal, House & Home, Style at Home, Reader’s Digest and HGTV. Have you watched HGTV programs and read those wonderful magazines like House & Home and thought, “wow, I wish my room looked like that”? And have you thought “this is something I can’t afford”? The cost for a traditional interior designer to sell you their ability to create that designer room would probably come with a lovely Hollywood price tag. Until now! Peggy’s motivation in starting her own business was based on creating a decorating company that was not intimidating and was attainable to a broad spectrum of homeowners. Her philosophy is that decorating is not so much about “showing off” as it is about “showing in”. The amount of money spent is often not the key factor in determining the overall success in decorating a home. Born and raised in Toronto she later moved to Markham. After living there for nine years, she married and then moved to Newmarket for fifteen years and now currently living in Aurora with her husband and two daughters. She has become very familiar with the local industry and resources in York Region and has formed alliances with many of them. Partnering WithSanctuary Solutions is pleased to have partnered with Make-A-Wish Foundation of Canada.The Make-A-Wish Foundation exists for one purpose - to fulfill the special wishes of children from ages 3 through 17 who have a life threatening illness and to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Canada is part of the largest not-for-profit wish granting organization in the world. Since their inception in 1983, Make-A-Wish worldwide has helped make hundreds of thousands of wishes come true. More than 2,400 of them in Canada. Across Canada, Make-A-Wish grants approximately one wish every day. Sanctuary Solutions will be donating a portion of their profits in support of this important organization.
